About the job:

We’re looking for a NetSuite Developer to help configure, maintain, and enhance NetSuite for our business. You will collaborate with team members across all business functions and external development teams to perform configurations, resolve user issues as well as define processes within NetSuite. You will also be our technical point of contact for customer privacy, coordinating with legal, sales and operations in helping to ensure JMP compliance with data privacy regulations.

 

You will:

  • Maintain user access, role assignment and permissions, etc.
  • Create custom reports, dashboards, and saved searches
  • Create and resolve support cases as needed
  • Review systems updates and communicate impact on clients
  • Create custom forms and fields based on client’s specific business needs
  • Develop system documentation specific to project, along with any necessary training materials
  • Work with other technical teams within JMP to maintain integrations to other business systems
  • Manage Sandbox refreshes
  • Assist with User Acceptance Testing
  • Assist in the development and administration of data privacy processes within JMP business systems
  • Understand enterprise data flow in order to assist with data privacy requests as they arise

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (Information Systems/Computer Science or Finance/Accounting)
  • 3+ Years hands-on experience with NetSuite development
  • NetSuite administrator-level knowledge of roles, permissions, page layouts, custom objects, scripting, workflows, reports, saved searches, dashboards, and forms to manage unique business process requirements within NetSuite 
  • Demonstrates full understanding of the NetSuite stack and experienced with all NetSuite modules (Order to Case and Fulfillment, Revenue Recognition, Procurement, GL, AP, AR, FA, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of Suite Script, Suite Flow, csv imports, user provisioning, defining roles, analytics, and scheduling scripts
  • Extensive technical knowledge of Netsuite
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to research, simplify, and resolve complex issues
  • Deep understanding of customizations and business processes as they relate to NetSuite
  • NetSuite Administrator Certification preferred
  • Preference for Cary, NC, but open to remote applicants
