As an Intern on the Product Management Team you will:

• Organize and document sample JMP Live reports in our example company, Helios, improving demos for clarity and impact.
• Help manage the product screenshots and animations process, building and curating a strong library to be used across sales and marketing materials.
• Analyze 2025 sales feedback to identify and fix friction points in the JMP Live adoption process.
• Support other product marketing projects as needed.

To succeed in this internship, you should have:

• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to different audiences.
• Genuine interest in software products and how people learn to use them.
• Experience creating visual content (screenshots, diagrams, simple animations).
• Familiarity with data analysis software (JMP experience not required).
• Strong writing and organizational skills.
• Comfort working with feedback from sales teams and customers.
• Willingness to learn JMP Scripting Language (JSL) basics.
• Preferred areas of study: Marketing, Communications, MIS, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields.
• You're an undergraduate enrolled in an accredited program, not graduating before December 2026.
