As an intern on the Communications Team, you may:

  • Develop technical articles for the JMP Blog, the JMPer Cable blog, and the Analytics Advantage blog on both the JMP User Community and jmp.com.
  • Create written content highlighting new features for the Early Adopter program.
  • Support the development and improvement of content for the Statistics Knowledge Portal (SKP).
  • Develop content to support the JMP social media strategy.
  • Research topics for, and develop, publish, and maintain reports for JMP Public.
  • Contribute technical writing for jmp.com improvement projects.
  • Assist with other communications and content development projects on an ad hoc basis.

To be succesful in this internship you should have the following:

  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Experience with technical writing or writing about technical topics.
  • Proficiency in writing and editing for technical and marketing-focused communications.
  • Strong organizational skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with social media and digital communications channels, and an understanding of how they integrate into content plans and strategies.
  • Enrollment as an undergraduate or graduate student in an accredited academic program, not graduating prior to December 2026.
